Thank you for leaving a review!  Here's how the process works.  Once you've filled out the review form and submitted it, your review will be approved within 24 hours and you'll get a notification. (Already know what to do? Click here to jump straight to the form.)

Step 1

We start by getting your email address. This is only for your account, and it won't be visible anywhere (and note that by default, the reviews are anonymous). Then we ask you to name the tool you are reviewing (select "other" if the tool you want to review isn't in the list), and then give a recommendation (three options):

  • Yes 
  • Yes with reservations 
  • No.

Step 2

Then you'll be asked to give four different 5-star ratings about the tool:

  • Customer service
  • Reliability
  • Impact on Culture
  • Implementation Experience

Step 3

Then we ask you to give us some information about YOU (all kept confidential of course!):

  • How long have you personally used this product/service?
  • What is your organization's industry type?
  • How many employees work at your organization?
  • What is your primary job function?
  • What level are you in the hierarchy there?

On this page you are also able to provide a narrative review (with a title) so you can let people know about your experience with the tool beyond the 5-star ratings.

Finally, before you hit submit, there is a box to check if the vendor incentivized you in some way to provide the review. It's okay if they did, we just want people to know. You review still reflects your own personal views about the vendor.
