Super platform for cultivating a strong culture
We decided to try PropFuel just over a year ago to build upon an informal "props" system that had grown organically in Slack. We had the platform up and running in a single day and quickly found that the number of props being given and received within the company increased by almost 100%. We have set up a weekly cadence of thought-provoking questions for our employees, usually asking one private question and one group discussion question. Answers to those questions have yielded some excellent ideas and give us an essential feel for the pulse of our people and culture. When we see something leaning negative, we use that to start a 1-on-1 dialogue with the employee on the issue. We haven't yet rolled out the new customer cadence, but we plan to do so in the next several weeks to replace our current NPS survey system. We love the platform and highly recommend it.
